Questions

Who is DeskFilter for?: Travel agencies, DMCs, event planners, and any team that receives quotes from vendors and forwards curated options to clients.
Do I need my own AI key?: Yes. DeskFilter uses Anthropic's Claude for extraction. You paste your key in Settings — it's encrypted at rest and only used for your workspace.
Can multiple teammates use the same workspace?: Yes. Workspace admins invite teammates by email. Members can upload, extract, and generate packages; admins additionally manage settings, keys, and members.
Can one login manage multiple agencies?: Yes. Each agency lives in its own workspace with isolated data, branding, and keys. Switch between them from the header dropdown.
Where does my data live?: In an isolated database with row-level security per workspace. Only members of a workspace can read its offers, clients, and packages.
